A serialized thriller blending dark academia, historical conspiracy, and high-stakes adventure.
Why I’m Writing This
I’ve always been fascinated by lost history and the idea that some knowledge is too dangerous to survive. That’s what led me to write The Codex—a story about the people who uncover those secrets… and the ones who will do anything to keep them buried.
At its core, this is a story about redemption and obsession. Alden Graves, once one of the world’s most respected historians, lost everything after a career-ending mistake. Now, he’s thrown back into the world he tried to leave behind—not because he wants to be, but because the truth won’t let him go.
This story is for fans of historical thrillers, dark academia, and high-stakes adventure. Think Indiana Jones meets The Ninth Gate, with a dose of real historical conspiracy woven in.
Why a weekly serial? Because I love the idea of a story unfolding in real-time, week by week, like an ongoing mystery that you’re solving alongside the characters. Every chapter will end with a reason to come back. Every clue will matter.
What can you expect? Twists, betrayals, and a mystery that will pull Alden and Zeke across cities steeped in history, where the past refuses to stay buried. The deeper they dig, the more dangerous the truth becomes.
If you love slow-burning mysteries, hidden history, and characters who don’t know when to walk away—this is for you.
New chapters drop every Saturday, starting March 29, 2025.
Follow along. Unravel the mystery. Just don’t ask questions you aren’t ready to hear the answers to.
